How coverage works
Your market, parcel by parcel
Each county you add brings its parcels, permits, deeds, storm history, and licenses into your map and feeds.
County by county
Pick the counties you actually work — you’re never paying for territory you don’t.
Live where we’re live
New counties come online as sources are verified. If your market’s live, you’re covered today.
Expanding constantly
We’re adding metros across the country. Tell us where you work and we’ll prioritize it.
Nashville metro is live now
Davidson — with more of the metro and new markets rolling out.
