By the markets you work — add the counties you want and your plan scales with them. Solo covers one user; Team adds seats for a crew.
Is the data really from public records?
Yes. BurSignal collects from official county, city, and state sources — parcels, permits, recorder/deeds, licenses — plus NOAA storm data, and normalizes it into one view.
Can I export?
Yes — any feed exports to CSV (up to 5,000 rows), with owners and mailing addresses so you can act on the list.
